Extra Routines

We offer solos and duets for swimmers in the 11-12 and higher age categories. These routines offer more one-on-one training, choreography development and competition experience. If your swimmer is up for more of a challenge try out an extra routine!

Extra Figures

We offer extra figures for swimmers in the 9-10, 11-12, Novice and 13-15 categories. During this practice, swimmers will work on land for 0.5 hours to improve their flexibility, strength and land skills, and then have a 1 hour water practice dedicated to the development of their basics and figure skills. Figures are an individual event that each swimmer must compete in and their mark goes towards their overall team, duet and/or solo score.

Notes:

*Novice swimmers are in their first year of competitive artistic swimming and are between the ages of 11-14 by December 31, 2024.

*Terwillegar pool is closed for maintenance until October 27, 2023. Swimmers who train on Tuesdays will train a different day of the week just until the pool re-opens.
