Competitive

9-10

These swimmers train 2x/week from September to May. They are typically still new to synchro or have one year pre-competitive or competitive experience under their belt. Swimmers in this group are introduced to three Provincial level competitions from March to May in Alberta and Western Canada.

11-12

These swimmers train 3x/week from September to May. They are typically still new to synchro or have one year pre-competitive or competitive experience under their belt. Swimmers in this group are introduced to three Provincial level competitions from March to May in Alberta and Western Canada.

13-15 and 16-20

These swimmers train 3x/week (13-15) and 4x/week (16-20) from September to May. Swimmers in these age categories enjoy competing at a higher level in 3 competitions per year within Alberta and Western Canada. Competitions are a great way to expose swimmers to other clubs and routines in the province. They are high energy and offer an opportunity for swimmers to show off their positive sportsmanship!

Extra Routines

We also offer solos and duets for swimmers in the 11-12 and higher age categories. These routines offer more one-on-one training, choreography development and competition experience. If your swimmer is up for more of a challenge try out an extra routine!

Extra Figures

We offer extra figures for swimmers in the 9-10, 11-12 and 13-15 categories. During this practice, swimmers will work on land for 0.5 hours to improve their flexibility, strength and land skills, and then have a 1 hour water practice dedicated to the development of their basics and figure skills. Figures are an individual event that each swimmer must compete in and their mark goes towards their overall team, duet and/or solo score.
