2025 FALL Adaptive Sessions
Our adaptive programs are open to swimmers of all abilities including those with intellectual and physical disabilities. The suggested age range for our program is 5+. If you are outside the age range and are interested in this program, please reach out to the head coach at novasartswim@gmail.com.
No artistic swimming experience required. Swimmers should be comfortable in the shallow end and putting their face in the water before registering for this program (with or without a lifejacket). Coaches will instruct from in the water to further aid in learning and skill development.
Length: 1 hour 1x/week for 10 weeks
Cost: $205 + Annual CAS/AAS Membership Registration Fee

Program Evaluation - All adapted program swimmers are required to complete a free trial class BEFORE registering for the program. This will allow our coaches the opportunity to get to know the swimmers and put together classes that fit the needs and skill level of each individual.
